Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Client Engagement Executive to manage social media campaigns, handle LinkedIn outreach, coordinate with clients, and generate business leads. The ideal candidate will combine marketing execution with client relationship management to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Manage LinkedIn company pages and professional outreach for lead generation.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, share updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Generate and nurture business leads through digital channels and client interactions.
  • Create engaging content and campaigns aligned with client branding and marketing goals.
  • Track performance of campaigns and provide reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely marketing projects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, LinkedIn handling, and client coordination.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, social media trends, and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
