About the Role

Glitz India is looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Communication Coordinator. This role is designed to streamline communication with our digital marketing partner and development team, while managing in-house social media and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication point between Glitz India and our digital marketing agency.
• Coordinate with the development team for timely updates and website/app enhancements.
• Manage and monitor social media pages (content posting, responding to queries, basic community engagement).
• Assist in executing digital campaigns
• Maintain weekly reports and updates for management on marketing activities.
• Support branding and offline marketing activities (photoshoots, events, promotions).
• Ensure timely collection and sharing of content, creatives, and approvals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or client servicing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, SEO basics).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
