Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of various online marketing strategies. This role will involve developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing web content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and engagement across multiple platforms.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Utilize SEO tools for keyword research and optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns that aligns with brand messaging.
- Manage social media accounts and execute social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to track user behavior and conversion rates; make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Conduct conversion optimization initiatives to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Design graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Adobe Photoshop for marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives to enhance online sales.
- Manage Google Ads and Facebook Advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website updates and enhancements as needed.
- Oversee content management systems (CMS) to ensure website content is current and optimized.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and e-commerce strategies.
- Experience in B2B marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that engages target audiences.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for effective engagement across platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
