About The Marketing Broker:

The Marketing Broker is a boutique agency specializing in digital marketing, signage, and photography. We partner with small businesses to boost brand visibility through strategic, results-driven marketing. As our client base grows, we’re expanding our team with experienced, motivated consultants who are passionate about helping businesses succeed online.

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Consultant will work directly with clients to assess their marketing needs, develop custom strategies, and oversee execution in collaboration with our internal team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full scope of digital marketing—from social media to SEO—and can confidently lead client conversations and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to evaluate their digital marketing needs
  • Develop and present tailored marketing strategies and proposals
  • Act as the liaison between the client and internal team (designers, ad specialists, content creators, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations
  • Provide monthly or quarterly marketing reports and insights to clients
  • Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Upsell and cross-sell services such as social media management, SEO, email marketing, geofencing, and branding photography

Areas of Expertise (Preferred):

  • Social Media Strategy (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Paid Ads & Geofencing
  • Email Marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Search Engine Optimization (On-page + Local SEO)
  • Content Strategy & Calendar Planning
  • Basic Google Analytics and reporting tools

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing consulting
  • Proven success in managing and growing client accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting marketing strategies and data to clients
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and highly organized
