The Digital Marketing Specialist/PPC Expert will plan, execute, and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on driving quality leads through strategic paid media management while maximising ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Execute paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create campaign calendars and budget allocation plans

Performance Optimisation

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations
  • Analyse metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS

Landing Page & Conversion Optimisation

  • Collaborate on landing page design and optimisation
  • Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse campaign performance across all platforms
  • Create comprehensive performance reports with insights

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices
  • Monitor organic search rankings and traffic

Platform Management

  • Manage Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Set up and maintain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with creative team for ad creative development
  • Coordinate with sales team on lead quality and follow-up

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and PPC
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications required
  • Real estate or lead generation experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets

Technical Expertise

  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
  • Advanced proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data analysis

Digital Marketing Skills

  • Deep understanding of PPC strategy and best practices
  • Expertise in keyword research and audience targeting
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • A/B testing and experimentation mindset

    Performance Metrics
    • Cost per lead (CPL) targets
    • Lead volume and quality
    • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
    • Click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates
    • Campaign ROI and profitability
