Job Summary We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Analyst to oversee our digital presence and drive data-backed marketing strategies. This role involves developing digital marketing campaigns, managing website content updates, and researching performance metrics. The Analyst will coordinate across teams to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with the overarching goals of WLW Enterprise and its affiliates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Write, manage, and continuously enhance website content and digital media for SEO and engagement.
- Track marketing analytics and research current trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Maintain professional communication while collaborating with teams to discuss strategies regarding various WLW initiatives.
- Provide insight and guidance on digital marketing best practices and industry standards.
- Provide regular progress updates on assigned tasks and convey actionable data insights to leadership.
- Create engaging visual assets using video editing and graphic design software for social media platforms.
- Pitch innovative marketing concepts and facilitate brainstorming sessions to drive digital growth.
- Act as a brand advocate, representing WLW Enterprise in digital media (video content, webinars) and community meetings.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting digital data, user engagement, and marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media account management.
- High proficiency in research and web content writing.
- High proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines and adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment.
- Confidence in presenting marketing initiatives internally and appearing in digital media content.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building automated email workflows, landing pages, and managing lead pipelines.
- Ability to build automated, real-time data visualizations (e.g., Google Looker Studio or Tableau).
- Familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM) and optimization tools (e.g., Google Ads).
- Experience utilizing AI tools for content scaling, copywriting optimization, and trend forecasting.
