Digital Marketing & Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

Content creation & social media:

• Plan, film, and edit daily videos, vlogs, and short-form content.
• Manage and expand our presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Develop innovative strategies to increase audience engagement and generate quality leads.
• Create eye-catching and brand-aligned content (photos, videos, graphics, etc.).
• Track performance insights and adapt strategies to improve results.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and social media algorithms.

Website & Online Presence:

• Regularly update website content (banners, product/service pages, blog posts, images).
• Ensure all web pages and links function smoothly.
• Work with developers or use CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) to maintain the website.
• Optimise web content for both SEO and user experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns.
• Assist in preparing newsletters or basic email marketing when required.
• Contribute to digital promotions, events, and launches.
• Suggest improvements and creative ideas to enhance digital presence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Male/Female Candidate, currently based in Dubai.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience in managing social media accounts for brands.
• Knowledge of SEO, online marketing, and digital content strategies.
• Familiarity with website management (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Strong communication and content writing skills.
• Flexible and able to work under challenging conditions when required.
• Organised, detail-orientated, and able to handle multiple tasks.
