We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Lead who is equal parts creative and strategic. Someone with ideas, originality, and execution power—skilled in social media, video content, and Meta ads—to own our digital presence and drive real impact.

Your Role

As our Digital Marketing & Content Lead, you will:

• Lead Social Media Strategy: Build and execute impactful campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage Meta Ads: Run, optimize, and scale paid campaigns focused on lead generation, reach, and conversions.
• Create Compelling Content: Develop fresh concepts, scripts, and visuals aligned with METROMAX’s premium positioning.
• Own Video Production: Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality property videos, reels, and brand stories.
• Design with Impact: Create graphics, posts, and visuals that stand out and connect with our audience.
• Drive Growth: Use analytics and insights to refine strategies, ensuring creativity is backed by performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and digital campaign optimization.
• Strong portfolio in content creation, video shooting, and editing.
• Ability to blend creativity with strategy, turning ideas into high-impact campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media trends, SEO basics, and performance tracking.
• High energy, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
