Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a creative and passionate Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our

dynamic team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and

executing digital content strategies, writing compelling ad copy, and managing paid

campaigns across various social media platforms. We are looking for an individual with a

deep, authentic understanding of the Saudi market culture, particularly in Jeddah, and

proven experience in a marketing agency environment to help us achieve our goals and

boost audience engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation:

● Develop and write creative, engaging content for social media platforms (Twitter,

Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) that aligns with our brand identity.

● Manage and publish content across all social media channels.

● Craft persuasive and impactful advertising copy for paid campaigns.

● Write innovative scripts for promotional videos and short-form content (Reels, TikTok,

YouTube Shorts).


Ad Campaign Management:

● Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns using Ads Managers for major

platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads).

● Define and target precise audiences based on campaign objectives and data

analysis.

● Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide

optimization recommendations.


Analysis & Development:

● Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and content trends within the Saudi

market.

● Prepare regular reports on content and campaign performance, providing actionable

insights.

● Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets that

complement the written content.


Qualifications

● Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and

content creation. Prior experience working in a marketing agency is mandatory.


● Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise with all major

ad management platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads).

● Cultural Insight: Must be a native of Jeddah or a long-term resident with a profound,

personal understanding of the local community's culture, dialect, and market

dynamics.

● Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in creative content writing, ad

copy examples, and the results of managed advertising campaigns.

● Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) with an

eloquent and creative flair for crafting effective marketing messages.

● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and analyze campaign performance

to make informed marketing decisions.
