Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to manage and execute our digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who can create engaging content, manage social media, and produce high-quality visual content including photos and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts across platforms

* Plan, create, and publish engaging content (captions, posts, campaigns)

* Capture photos and videos for marketing and social media use

* Edit and produce video content (reels, short videos, promotional clips)

* Design basic visuals for social media and marketing materials

* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns

* Monitor performance metrics and optimize content accordingly

* Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels

Requirements:

* 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field

* Strong writing and content creation skills

* Good sense of design and visual storytelling

* Experience in photography and videography

* Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)

* Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)

* Experience managing social media platforms professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools

* Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)

* Strong creative direction and storytelling skills

* Understanding of branding and audience targeting
