The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing & Content Specialist is to create, schedule, and manage marketing content across multiple social media platforms to engage both customers and the wider public.
Accountabilities

Manage, schedule, and monitor posts across platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Company Website, and Instagram.

Create and manage the social media calendar.

Design and manage E-commerce platforms

Write engaging content and design visually engaging pages for the company's social media sites & company's websites

Collaborate with the sales and vending teams to design customized branded visual material; highlighting our unique service offerings.

Edit and repurpose photos and video clips from local events to highlight our community involvement.

Execute and track social media campaigns.

Analyze data to identify best practices

Conduct keyword research and supporting SEO initiatives.

Assist in designing content for communicating internal and external company events.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field

3-5 years in a marketing related role.

Strong ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.

Capacity to develop creative and engaging campaigns and content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
