With a small but highly collaborative team—including two partners, senior associates, and staff—we are looking for a digital marketing professional who is excited to grow with us and play a key role in shaping our brand’s digital voice.

Position Overview

We are seeking an entry to mid-level Digital Marketing Specialist/Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role combines content creation, social media management, and performance tracking with coordination of work being done by our external marketing partners. In addition, you’ll help manage strategic outreach to referral partners and assist in planning and promoting firm events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Publishing: Write, edit, and publish engaging blog posts, newsletters, website copy, and marketing collateral.
  • Video Content: Assist with the conceptualization, shooting, editing, and publishing of short-form video content for social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • SEO & Analytics: Implement on-page SEO best practices and track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, providing insights to leadership and working with external vendors to refine strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) using Hootsuite, ensuring consistent voice and branding.
  • Email Marketing: Assist with the design, scheduling, and performance tracking of email campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Collaboration & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the internal liaison between the firm and external contractors handling website development, statewide SEO, and advanced digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Partner Outreach: Support and strengthen relationships with referral partners, professional associations, and community organizations by creating digital and print content, coordinating communications, and tracking engagement.
  • Events: Assist with planning, promoting, and executing firm events, webinars, and community engagement activities to enhance visibility and reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs), and social media scheduling tools, particularly Hootsuite.
  • Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Canva, CapCut, or similar) a plus.
  • Event promotion or partner outreach experience a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,447.98 - $64,367.46 per year
