Job Overview
Avocado Theory is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to grow our brand both online and in the community. This role combines social media, event planning, and outreach to drive awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with our social media agency to plan and produce content.
- Plan, promote, and support events - representing Avocado Theory at community and school functions.
- Deliver product samples to local businesses to build awareness and partnerships/
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads and email promotions, and track performance metrics.
- Maintain an active online presence by monitoring comments, reviews, and messages.
- Collaborating with the team on creative ideas, promotions, and community initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong in-person communication skills and willingness to engage with the community
- Strong creative skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus; knowledge of branding principles is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
