What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record of experience in Administrative Coordination, Office Management, or Team Support, with exposure to Marketing or E-Commerce considered an advantage.
  
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of Marketing and E-Commerce principles, with a bold curiosity to learn and grow within this Dynamic Space.
  
• Shows a genuine passion for Digital Marketing and E-Commerce, embracing the chance to craft Sensational campaigns that Embody the unmistakable ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  
• Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of Project Management Tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
  
• Robust Organisational Skills to efficiently and accurately Manage Multiple Tasks, Prioritise Deadlines, and maintain Attention to Detail.
  
• Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Vendors, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains, and updates databases, records, spreadsheets, and reports, ensuring curated, accurate, and well-organised Documentation that reflects FIVE’s Premium Standards.
  
• Coordinates Multiple Projects with precision, tracking progress, timelines, deliverables, and milestones to guarantee Seamless Execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  
• Supports the Marketing Team through research, data collection, and analysis, preparing reports, summaries, and presentations that energise Decision-Making.
  
• Plans and Organises meetings, workshops, and ‘FIVE-Styled’ events, preparing agendas, minutes, and materials that deliver a smooth experience for both Internal and External Stakeholders.
  
• Arranges travel itineraries, luxury accommodations, and transport logistics for Team Members and visiting partners, ensuring every detail is Curated to Perfection.
  
• Manages financial administration by processing invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation in collaboration with the Finance Department, safeguarding Compliance and Efficiency.
  
• Liaises with vendors, suppliers, and agencies to coordinate Timely deliveries, contracts, and project requirements, maintaining ‘FIVE-Star’ partnerships and flawless execution.
  
• Maintains an organised digital and physical filing system for creative assets, contracts, and project materials, ensuring Accessibility and Effortless Collaboration.
  
• Provides bespoke administrative support that Empowers the Marketing Team to deliver Sensational Results.
