Job Description: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Manager in executing a wide range of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing social media outlets, building influencer relationships, and developing strategies for digital marketing outlets, including email, text, and website channels. You’ll assist in the implementation of marketing strategies; help coordinate events and contribute to content creation across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Film and edit marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate the logistics of events, themed parties, and special promotions, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across various channels such as email, SMS, website, etc.
• Support the production of marketing content, including social media posts, promotional videos, and other digital assets.
• Help provide the Marketing Manager with necessary marketing materials and copy needed for the SEO and PPC teams.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance.
• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing strategies.
• Oversee social media outlets to develop and implement engaging content strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, assisting the Marketing Manager in adjusting strategies as needed.
• Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment.
• Manage influencer relationships, including outreach, negotiation, and collaboration on campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics, providing reports to the Marketing Manager to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role.
• Full proficiency in filming and editing marketing materials.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media platforms and email marketing.
• Experience with content creation tools and programs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
