Digital Marketing Coordinator

Seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who is seeking to join a prestigious law firm in NYC.

This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on content distribution, website optimization, analytics, and campaign management. The position requires strong collaboration with business development and communications teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with organizational goals and executed at a high standard.


Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET, with required overtime


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the distribution of client communications, thought leadership pieces, and email campaigns through marketing automation tools. Oversee list building, content preparation, and performance reporting.
  • Support search engine optimization by reviewing website performance, updating content, and applying best practices.
  • Use analytics platforms to track and report on digital campaigns, providing insights that drive data-based decision-making.
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses to identify areas for improvement in digital marketing efforts and recommend strategic enhancements.
  • Partner with communications teams to extend the reach of organizational news, publications, and media coverage across digital channels including email, web, and social platforms.
  • Coordinate with business development colleagues to implement targeted campaigns and client-focused strategies, with particular attention to international offices.
  • Assist with website and professional bio updates using content management systems.
  • Monitor digital platforms outside of standard business hours to address performance issues and ensure reliable delivery.
  • Review, edit, and proofread content to maintain accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials by managing editing, fact-checking, proofreading, and collaboration with staff at multiple levels.


Qualifications

  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and research abilities (testing may be required).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable handling high-visibility, time-sensitive assignments with professionalism.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a law firm, financial services, or similarly rigorous environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Vuture, Mailchimp), web CMS tools, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Willingness to learn new software and adapt quickly through training.
