Pre Sales Executive

Doha, Qatar

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads in target markets; respond to inbound inquiries professionally.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and networking events (bring your best elevator pitch and a dash of charm).
  • Build strong relationships with leads by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients (think persuasive, not just pretty PowerPoints).
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting company offerings and generating leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to spot new business opportunities.
  • Champion team success by contributing to related business growth initiatives.
  • Conduct continual research to identify trends and opportunities in recruitment, outsourcing, and workforce management.

Content Management & Digital Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging digital content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agency to ensure timely and impactful content delivery.
  • assist digital marketing campaigns and best practices to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Analyze social media and campaign performance metrics to refine tactics and maximize ROI.
  • Stay on top of emerging social media platforms, trends, and technologies
  • assist creative campaigns and cohesive messaging that drive engagement and conversions.

Data Management

  • Maintain, organize, and ensure integrity of databases related to sales, leads, client interactions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Generate analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making and sales forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and protection regulations.
