Job Summary
We are currently seeking a creative and results driven, digitally fluent Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team in any of our US office locations (Jericho, NY; New York, NY; Ronkonkoma, NY; White Plains, NY; Park Ridge, NJ; Chelmsford, MA; Needham, MA; Palm Beach, FL or remotely anywhere within the US. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm.
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will execute digital marketing initiatives and campaigns across various platforms to build brand awareness and support the firm's growth. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in digital marketing (social media, website, email, SEO, marketing automation, digital advertising) in professional services environments.
You’ll work closely with the digital, design and content teams to create engaging digital assets (graphics, short videos, infographics) for web, email, and social, ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the planning, execution, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Creating and updating website page and landing pages and collaborating with other marketing team members to ensure landing pages, other web pages, and properties are optimized for conversion
- Conducting regularly QC the website to identify broken links, missing content, related pages, etc., and implement necessary changes
- Executing on-page and off-page SEO and AEO strategies and techniques (keywords, meta descriptions, FAQs, etc.)
- Looking for and identifying opportunities consistently to improve user experience; making recommendations and implementing changes
- Supporting SEO by regularly running reports and fixing identified issues, managing and optimizing local business profiles, monitoring our appearances online, and more
- Executing email marketing in HubSpot, including formatting, A/B testing, workflows, and nurture campaigns
- Working with marketing team members to pull campaign reports in HubSpot and regularly analyze data to optimize conversions
- Executing day-to-day organic social media posts and monitor engagement with profiles, optimizing content based on performance across social media channels
- Supporting paid social and digital campaigns with audience building, keywords, and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field required
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, including experience with websites, HubSpot, SEO, social media, paid search, Google Analytics, and email marketing
- Experience developing, managing, and implementing digital platforms in a B2B environment; prior professional service experience is preferred
- HubSpot and WordPress experience are required
- Experience tracking and reporting on KPIs across digital channels using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other design tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, emerging channels, and integrating digital with traditional marketing
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills who can also efficiently work with and communicate with people of all levels and roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation for this role is determined based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to your relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes performance-based incentives, wellness and retirement programs, and opportunities for continuous professional development.
Salary ranges are provided to offer transparency and may vary depending on final candidate qualifications and local market conditions. Please find compensation information below for candidates residing in New York.
New York ranges are from $50,000 – $70,000
