The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of FCBH’s digital campaigns and online presence. You’ll play a key role in email marketing, website management, digital analytics, and AI-driven content creation. Working within the Marketing team, you’ll coordinate cross-channel campaigns that engage donors, churches, and global partners—helping expand the reach of God’s Word to the nations.


Responsibilities include:

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate, build, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, comprised of email campaigns, digital advertising, social media, and other digital promotions to support donor and church engagement.
  • Coordinate campaign tasks across team members and vendors, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery of assets, and alignment with project goals and budgets.
  • Accountable for meeting deadlines, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the successful execution of each campaign phase.
  • Create, manage, and maintain digital marketing boards in Monday.com, including social media boards, event marketing boards, and digital assignments on the primary marketing board.
  • Assist with retargeting, event promotion, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.

Email Marketing

7. Coordinate, assemble, and execute large-scale email marketing campaigns to donors and leads, in support of various departments, including Marketing and Communications, Donor Engagement, and Church Engagement.
8. Manage mass email list of ~500,000 contacts, ensuring contact information is accurate, maintaining GDPR compliance, and maintaining overall email health (open rates, bounce rates, etc.).

Website Support

  • Serve as point of contact for minor website updates (content uploads, blog posts, video/podcast integration, webpage creation).
  • Coordinate with web developers on technical issues, bugs, and UI/UX improvements.
  • Ensure site content is optimized for SEO, GEO, accessibility, and user experience.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, compile, and analyze performance data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.
  • Prepare weekly reports for the Marketing team with insights on engagement and conversion.
  • Recommend content optimizations based on analytics and trend monitoring.
  • Track, compile, and analyze financial donation data from digital campaigns and events for Chief Development Officer, Donor Engagement Manager, and Digital and Print Marketing Manager.
  • Utilize data insights to inform budget recommendations, forecast campaign outcomes, and support donor acquisition and retention strategies. Accountable for maintaining data accuracy, timely reporting, and contributing to fiscally responsible decision-making within the digital marketing program.

AI & Emerging Tools

  • Use AI-driven tools for content creation, editing, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Stay current on new digital marketing tools and propose adoption when beneficial.

Collaboration

19. Work closely with Donor Engagement, Church Engagement, and Events teams to align digital campaigns with ministry goals.
20. Support other Marketing & Communications projects as assigned.

Qualifications include:

1. Alignment with the mission and vision of Faith Comes By Hearing.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

3. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or project coordination.

4. Proficiency with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).

5. Familiarity with project management and web development platforms (Monday.com. Jira, Slack, Webflow).

6. Familiarity with AI-powered content and analytics tools.

7. Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

8. Professional communication skills and collaborative mindset.
