Digital Marketing Coordinator

Who are we?

Established in 2015, The Artist Lab is a vibrant and expansive art studio located in Irvine, California. Originally founded as the "Little Artist Lab" in Tustin, our studio quickly earned the trust and admiration of art-loving families in nearby communities. In a few short years, our reputation has grown immensely, attracting over 600 families each week from across Orange County and beyond, both in-person and virtually.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and has a solid understanding of current digital marketing trends. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation efforts.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager etc.)
• Coordinate content creation and updates for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing dashboards
• Manage the company’s social media calendar and schedule posts across platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
• Support email marketing efforts, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
• Conduct keyword research and help implement SEO best practices
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest improvements and new strategies
• Help manage digital assets, including image libraries and content repositories

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and project management abilities
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, HTML/CSS (a plus but not required)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
