Position Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator - Bear Archery Group
Reporting To: Marketing Manager
Location: Evansville, IN (on-site)

Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the Brand Manager in the execution and analysis of digital marketing initiatives including product database management, eCommerce site performance, email marketing, social media, digital search and display advertising, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage promotional content and social media calendar.
  • Design eye-catching digital assets for eCommerce, social media, and email marketing.
  • Write engaging, SEO-rich content for websites, blogs, and product pages.
  • Manage product data and content across Shopify, Amazon, and other online retailers using Salsify.
  • Build and test email and SMS campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze web and campaign performance using Google Analytics and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and creative teams.
  • Maintain brand consistency and manage digital asset libraries (photos, videos, creative files).
  • Assist in event and trade show coordination.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or eCommerce (sporting goods experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with Shopify, Salsify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics preferred.
  • Excellent writing, design, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for the outdoors, sports, or hunting industry is a plus!
