Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator who can manage client communication, oversee project workflows, and ensure timely execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role bridges the gap between clients and internal teams and requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and hands-on understanding of digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Email Marketing, and other channels.
- Monitor project progress, maintain timelines, and ensure smooth execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain organized documentation for all project workflows.
Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Clearly understand client objectives and translate them into executable marketing strategies.
- Set expectations, share updates regularly, and deliver performance reports and insights.
- Address client queries promptly to maintain strong client relationships.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate effectively with marketing, content, design, and development teams to streamline project delivery.
- Assign tasks and manage resources based on project priority and team bandwidth.
- Identify workflow gaps, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain healthy communication between teams.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other marketing platforms.
- Ensure campaigns meet key KPIs and align with the client’s marketing objectives.
- Support reporting and insight generation for optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with execution knowledge in at least 2–3 channels (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Analytics, CRM tools).
- Proven experience handling multiple client accounts and coordinating cross-functional teams, ideally in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, KPIs, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and client management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
