Spec Brite Group is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Digital Systems & E-commerce Coordinator to be the technical nexus of our digital operations. This critical, hybrid role is responsible for maintaining the health and security of our IT infrastructure while actively driving the efficiency and accuracy of our e-commerce platform and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce & Product Management
- Listing Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings on the Wellness Terminal website. Ensure absolute accuracy in product specifications, pricing, and high-quality content to improve SEO and conversion rates.
- Inventory Synchronization: Proactively monitor digital inventory levels daily, ensuring real-time synchronization between the website and physical stock to prevent critical over-selling incidents.
2. CRM & Business Systems Administration
- Primary System Administration: Serve as the hands-on administrator for CRM. This includes managing user roles, permissions, security settings, and conducting regular audits to ensure data quality and system integrity.
- Workflow Support: Assist management in creating and maintaining automated workflows, blueprints, and internal reporting dashboards to drive operational efficiency (e.g., DARP follow-ups).
3. IT Infrastructure, Assets & Security
- Cybersecurity Vigilance: Actively monitor core digital accounts (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads) for unauthorized access, ensuring all critical assets are protected with 2FA and strong, rotated passwords. This includes incident response for immediate security issues.
- Asset Management: Maintain the official Company IT Assets Master Sheet, tracking the full lifecycle of all hardware (laptops, mobiles, tablets, SIM cards) from allocation to secure retrieval.
- Network Support & Troubleshooting: Manage office network components (Firewalls/Routers) and provide technical support for all staff software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal operational downtime.
- Data Protection: Maintain user accounts (e.g., Office 365) and ensure the regular and secure execution of data backup procedures.
4. Marketing Operations Support
- Campaign & Content Deployment: Provide technical support for email marketing platforms and assist the Marketing team with the uploading and scheduling of social media content.
- Website Maintenance: Assist the Marketing team with routine maintenance and content updates on the main website, ensuring all information is current and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Analytics Monitoring: Support the analysis of website and campaign performance data to generate preliminary reports on user engagement and conversion metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a technical support, operations, or systems administration role with significant e-commerce exposure.
- Demonstrable experience as an administrator for a major CRM platform (Zoho experience highly preferred).
- Proficiency in managing e-commerce backend operations and listing optimization.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, Android, and basic network issues (LAN/WAN).
- High degree of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive data and security credentials.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required for asset and inventory management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent technical issues rapidly.
