Job Title: Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Overview

Chase Remodeling is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives while serving as a key operational liaison between internal teams and external partners. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day marketing execution across social media, email, and paid media agencies, while also supporting operational workflows, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring marketing efforts are executed accurately, aligned with business goals, and supported by strong systems and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Management

  • Manage and execute organic social media content across platforms (planning, scheduling, publishing, and basic performance tracking)
  • Plan, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns including promotions, newsletters, and customer communications
  • Coordinate marketing calendars to ensure consistency across channels and campaigns
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and content coordination as needed

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the external marketing agency (SEO, PPC, website support)
  • Coordinate campaign launches, updates, approvals, and timelines with agency partners
  • Review deliverables for accuracy, alignment, and brand consistency before launch
  • Communicate feedback, priorities, and performance insights to agency teams

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track marketing performance across channels (paid media, email, social, website)
  • Assist with maintaining dashboards, spreadsheets, and reports for leadership review
  • Ensure proper tracking is implemented (UTMs, lead sources, campaign naming)
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, or issues and flag them proactively

Operations & Cross-Functional Support

  • Support operational workflows related to lead intake, campaign launches, and approvals
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and leadership teams to align marketing with operational capacity
  • Assist with documentation, process improvements, and internal systems (e.g., project management tools, shared drives)
  • Help streamline communication between internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations support
  • Experience managing or coordinating with external marketing agencies
  • Proven experience with social media management and email marketing platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with home services, construction, or local service-based businesses
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta) from a coordination or QA perspective
  • Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, or marketing automation platforms
  • Process-driven mindset with an interest in improving workflows
