Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing strategies, content creation, and data analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing online marketing campaigns, optimizing digital presence, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. A strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools is essential to succeed in this position.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email marketing, SEM, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize campaigns using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media platforms that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Utilize content management systems like WordPress to update website content regularly.
- Design visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future marketing initiatives.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve lead generation and sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce projects.
- Assist in the automation of marketing workflows using marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, and analytics to recommend innovative strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies.
- Hands-on experience with content creation including copywriting, graphic design, HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or SQL is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for creating compelling content and collaborating with team members.
