Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role works closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through content, social media, email, paid campaigns, and website updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads, website)
  • Manage and schedule content for social media platforms; monitor engagement and respond as needed
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list management, content setup, and performance tracking
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO optimization
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and audience targeting
  • Support marketing events, promotions, and product launches as needed
  • Work with internal teams on ad copy development projects as well as other related tasks in order to ensure successful execution of campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing tools, CMS)
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic graphic design or content editing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
