Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Are you passionate about digital strategy, automation, and driving measurable results? CCB is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will help drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and nurture homebuyers throughout their journey using a full suite of digital tools - including HubSpot for marketing automation, website CMS platforms, and paid media campaigns. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

● Execute digital marketing initiatives across email, website, and CRM to support community launches and division priorities.

● Manage the website CMS, ensuring real-time updates to pricing, availability, promotions, and community information.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with the Corporate Marketing Team, Sales, and external vendors to gather assets, develop content, and manage campaigns.

● Work closely with the Corporate Digital Marketing Team on paid media, organic social, remarketing platforms, and syndication platforms strategies.

● Build, execute, and optimize HubSpot email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions through strategic nurturing and personalized content.

● Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot and Google Analytics to develop actionable insights and recommendations by leveraging the appropriate technical tools and optimizing user experience.

● Monitor and report on digital budget pacing and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI.

● Maintain SEO best practices across all digital content.

● Support CRM list management, segmentation, and lead hygiene in alignment with company protocols.

● Manage project risks, report issues/problems, and track progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope, and quality) are achieved.

● Ensure all campaigns meet brand guidelines and regulatory standards, securing internal approvals where necessary

What You’ll Bring

● 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate or homebuilding.

● Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and CMS platforms (WordPress or proprietary).

● Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and user experience design.

● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

● Data-driven mindset with comfort presenting performance metrics and recommendations.

● Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

● Strong grammatical and creative writing skills, ability to review and proof copy for marketing content for the web, email, and social.

● Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other relevant creative tools for graphics maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with website automation/integrations (e.g., BDX, Zillow, Zillow Feed Management).

● Familiarity with new home sales cycles and buyer journeys.

● Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

● Builder experience is a plus.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
