Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising.
- Manage content creation and content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring all digital assets are engaging, accurate, and optimized for performance.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to maximize lead generation and sales through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user experience enhancements.
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter using social media management tools; monitor performance metrics via Google Analytics.
- Design compelling graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to support digital campaigns and content initiatives.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising to target specific audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation efforts with overall business objectives; analyze campaign performance data for continuous improvement.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, SEM, E-commerce, and analytics to ensure strategies stay innovative and effective.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs, along with a solid understanding of SEO best practices.
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design for digital platforms.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, SQL fundamentals is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to analyze data from analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments; experience with performance marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and experience managing social media accounts effectively.
