Digital Marketing Coordinator

At Kettle Moraine Heating & Air Conditioning, our marketing team operates like an in-house agency for one of the fastest-growing home service companies in Wisconsin. We create high-volume campaigns across TV, digital, social, direct mail, email, events, branding, automation, video, and more, all while helping drive millions in revenue growth for a 5-star company customers love.

We’re looking to add a Digital Marketing Coordinator to the team. This is a hands-on growth opportunity for someone creative, digitally savvy, organized, and hungry to learn.

You do not need to know everything.

You do need to move quickly, think creatively, and want to grow.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You’ll support our marketing team across a wide range of digital and creative projects, including:

• Assisting with campaign execution across multiple channels
• Coordinating and scheduling social media content
• Building first drafts of marketing emails
• Conducting competitor and market research
• Assisting with marketing reporting and analytics
• Supporting website and digital content updates
• Supporting video/content production projects
• Assisting with events, promotions, and internal initiatives
• Collaborating closely with our designer, strategists, and leadership team

You’ll work alongside experienced marketing professionals and gain exposure to:

• Branding strategy
• Paid media
• Consumer psychology
• AI and automation
• SEO
• Creative campaign development
• Analytics and reporting
• Content strategy
• High-level business and growth strategy

This is an on-site position in our Delafield location. $22-26/hr, commensurate with experience.
