The Digital Marketing CRM Executive is responsible for managing CRM tools, executing data-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing customer journeys, and improving customer engagement through automation and analytics. The role involves handling CRM databases, coordinating digital campaigns, analyzing customer behavior, and supporting lead nurturing and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. CRM Management
- Manage and maintain customer databases in the CRM system (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, tagging, and periodic clean-up of CRM records.
- Track customer lifecycle stages and update leads, contacts, and deal pipelines.
2. Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and automation workflows.
- Work with marketing teams to support lead generation, nurturing, and remarketing activities.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to create campaign assets.
3. Campaign Automation & Execution
- Create and manage automated workflows for onboarding, follow-ups, reminders, and retention.
- Schedule and send targeted marketing communication based on customer segmentation.
- Optimize drip campaigns and A/B test creative, subject lines, and touchpoints.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor CRM metrics: open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, engagement score, etc.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports for lead performance, campaign results, and customer insights.
- Provide recommendations to improve customer engagement and conversion.
