About the Role:
We’re seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Director with a strong digital focus to lead and elevate our marketing efforts across all channels. This high-impact role will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth for our brand.
The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a hands-on marketer—someone who understands how to tell a compelling story through design, data, and digital strategy. You’ll lead a small but mighty team, directly managing marketing professionals while collaborating closely with organizational leaders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that enhances brand awareness and supports company objectives.
- Digital Campaign Management: Collaborate with our SEO and PPC provider to assist in building, launching, and optimizing SEO and paid digital campaigns.
- Audience Development: Define and refine market personas, identifying audience needs, behaviors, and motivations to tailor messaging and creative direction.
- Content Creative Oversight: Guide brand storytelling and creative execution across digital and print channels; apply your graphic design expertise to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals.
- Website SEO Optimization: Oversee website content strategy, UX improvements, and SEO performance to increase visibility and organic traffic.
- Analytics Insights: Track and analyze marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and website performance; report actionable insights to leadership.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor direct reports; provide clear direction, growth opportunities, and accountability.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal departments and external vendors to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and organizational goals.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with proven success leading multi-channel campaigns, is preferred
- Strong background in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience building and applying audience personas and customer journey mapping.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience managing or mentoring others is preferred.
