Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Associate

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Setup & Website Handling

• Manage product listings, descriptions, and inventory on our e-commerce platform.

• Monitor orders, coordinate with logistics and update stock

• Update product categories, prices, and any discounts during events and campaigns.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, etc.

• Create engaging content (reels, stories, product features, memes)

• Respond to messages and grow the follower base

• Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

• Track performance using analytics tools.

• Respond to comments and messages; build client relationships.

Creative & Video Editing

• Capture and edit short videos/reels of pets, products, and customer stories

• Design promotional materials, banners, and posts using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools

• Prepare fun and engaging pet-related presentations and campaigns

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce (preferred)

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar video editing apps

• Strong command of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and trending social tools

• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and online customer engagement
