Digital Marketing & Events Operations Executive

Job Description

Role Overview

Boulevard One is seeking a highly organized and creative Digital Marketing & Events Operations Executive to manage e-commerce content, digital marketing campaigns, and end-to-end event coordination. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of online campaigns, in-store promotions, and large-scale fashion events while coordinating closely with designers, vendors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects across digital platforms, events, and on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Website & Digital Platform Management

  • Monitor product uploads and ensure accurate keyword tagging and content on the website backend.
  • Update and maintain product listings, banners, and event-related website content.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely updates and accuracy across all digital touchpoints.

2. Marketing, Branding & PR Support

  • Manage design execution for Fashion events, In-store campaigns, E-commerce marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with the graphic designer by providing detailed briefs, campaign themes, and timelines.
  • Plan and assist with photoshoots for promotional and marketing content.
  • Support paid promotional activities across Meta platforms, Google Ads
  • Guide and support the social media team in executing content calendars for reels, posts, stories, and threads.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

Event Campaigns

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team to build pre-event visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate artwork and creatives with the design team.
  • Share campaign schedules and budgets in advance and ensure campaigns remain within approved limits.

Store Campaigns

  • Plan and execute store-specific digital and social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign artwork and timelines with the design team.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with brand objectives.

4. Boulevard One Events – Social Media Management

  • Create and manage event-specific social media calendars.
  • Prioritize events and ensure accurate communication of event details and participating designers.
  • Coordinate collaboration posts with bloggers, influencers, and designers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event coverage plans before, during, and after events.
  • Follow up with designers for marketing assets and shoot pieces.
  • Create, update, and manage the Boulevard One Facebook page, including banners and event updates.

5. Events Operations & On-Ground Management

  • Support the events team with overall event operations and execution.
  • Liaise with venue teams to ensure coordination, compliance, and smooth execution.
  • Manage setup-day responsibilities and assigned roles.
  • Coordinate and manage volunteers and models.
  • Support pre-event, on-ground, and post-event marketing activities.

6. Designer Coordination & Stall Allocation

  • Coordinate with new and existing designers for stall allocation.
  • Share floor plans and negotiate stall placements until confirmation.
  • Follow up with designers to secure stall bookings and confirmations.

7. Event Logistics, Compliance & Designer Follow-Ups

  • Manage ongoing communication with designers regarding: Stall tables and rentals / Signed registration forms and compliance documents / Boulevard One guidelines / Credit card payment process (including sharing instructional videos) / Loading bay access and setup instructions / Courier shipments, tracking, and delivery coordination / VAT invoice coordination / Setup timing allocations
  • Share final event communications including stall details, rental information, and outstanding payments.
  • Send final reminders with venue access and event details.

8. Sales & Reporting Support

  • Support the sales team in preparing reports by: Tracking fulfilled orders / Monitoring and following up on pending orders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, events management, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working with designers, vendors, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and content calendars.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during event periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Fashion Industry and Events: 1 year (Preferred)
