Job Overview :-

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can assist in job postings across multiple platforms, run Meta Ads campaigns, create ads creatives using Canva, optimize the company website for SEO, and support internal teams with basic coordination tasks. The recruitment responsibility is limited to job postings and sharing candidate CVs with the team.

Key Responsibilities :-

Recruitment Support (Job Posting)

• Receive job descriptions from the internal HR/management team.
• Post job openings on portals (LinkedIn, iimjobs, Hirest, Updazz, or related Job Posting Sites etc).
• Download CVs/resumes from job portals and share them with the HR team.
• Maintain a tracker of postings and candidate responses.

Digital Marketing & Ads Management

• Plan and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Create engaging creatives using Canva for ads and social media posts.
• Monitor ads performance and provide reports.

SEO & Website Optimization

• Support in on-page and off-page SEO to improve website ranking.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
• Track analytics using tools like Google Search Console & Google Analytics.

Team Coordination & Support

• Share reports of job postings, ads, and SEO updates with management.
• Support teams with basic marketing-related documentation and reporting.

Required Skills :-

• Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, iimjobs, Hirest, Updazz, or related Job Posting Sites etc).
• Basic knowledge of recruitment posting and CV handling.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Good working knowledge of Canva for ad/social creatives.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ubersuggest.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
