Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta/Facebook Blueprint) is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across major online platforms.
- Create engaging content aligned with brand strategy for various digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO tactics.
- Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive ROI and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing to enhance ad performance and user engagement.
- Handle daily social media posting, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Monitor digital trends to craft creative and relevant social media campaigns.
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform insights.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
- Manage and segment subscriber databases for targeted email outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content, design, and campaigns.
- Assist in strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
