Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals Support in developing and managing content for websites, social media, and email campaigns Contribute to client business development through targeted online outreach Help in analyzing campaign results and preparing basic performance reports Monitor social media trends and identify engagement opportunities Understand client requirements and ensure timely support and follow-up

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends Good communication skills in English and Malayalam Basic content writing and creative skills Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace Customer-focused approach with an ability to understand and respond to client needs Basic analytical and reporting abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Exposure to digital marketing concepts, client engagement, and social media execution is a must.
