Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, search engines, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including posts, blogs, and multimedia for social channels like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase website traffic and enhance search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs and improve ROI.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and track conversions.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality digital assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to keep Mettle Kettle ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce marketing.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms like MailChimp.
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
