Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content, and Paid Ads).
• Optimize website and landing pages for SEO to improve rankings and visibility.
• Manage and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
• Good understanding of website analytics and performance metrics.
• Creative thinker with strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Basic Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress.
• Experience in marketing automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
