Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy to enhance AVACO's brand visibility and generate new business leads. This role requires a blend of digital marketing expertise, market research, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a creative and data-driven professional who can effectively communicate complex engineering solutions to a specialized business-to-business (B2B) audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Content Creation: Develop and manage compelling content for our website, email campaigns, case studies, and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies and spend.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings within the industrial and utility sectors.
• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and support lead generation.
• Lead Generation: Support customer acquisition activities through media promotion, networking, and industry events or trade shows.
• Brand Promotion: Help develop and produce promotional materials and advertising copy that align with the AVACO brand identity.
• Website Management: Collaborate with technical teams to optimize the website for user experience and search engine rankings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
