- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Develop campaign strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze data to track the performance of campaigns and make necessary adjustments for optimization.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-site SEO strategies for content optimization.
- Work closely with content teams to ensure that SEO best practices are followed.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), creating and scheduling engaging content.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize posts based on engagement data.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for social media collaborations.
- Email Marketing:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns, from newsletters to product promotions.
- Maintain and grow email subscriber lists, ensuring they are segmented for maximum impact.
- Monitor and analyze email performance to increase open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop blog posts, videos, infographics, and other digital content.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines and is in line with marketing strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on digital marketing activities and performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness.
- Paid Advertising (PPC):
- Set up and manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Optimize ad performance and track ROI.
- Work with the team to define budget allocation and target audience for paid campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to work with HTML and basic coding knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
