- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters that aligns with our brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare regular reports.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Support the planning and execution of online advertising campaigns, including PPC and display ads.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to keep our strategies current and effective.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of experience 2 years in a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, specifically in the Real Estate sector.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, including B2C social media, SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, and email marketing.
- Web Analytics Proficiency: Expertise in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc., to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Creative Content Writing: Ability to write compelling, engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML or WordPress for website management and updates.
- Design & Multimedia: Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Photoshop and basic video editing skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work well in a team.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or a relevant field.
