About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing professional who can design, manage, and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising: Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads, and other emerging platforms. Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns for ROI, and manage budgets effectively. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to maximize conversion rates.
- Social Media & Content Marketing: Develop and execute strategies for social media growth, engagement, and brand awareness. Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and video concepts for different platforms.
- SEO & SEM: Implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings. Work with the content team to align SEO with paid marketing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tools. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Email & Automation: Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows. Work with CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.) to enhance customer journey.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and algorithm changes across ad platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven 3–4 years of experience in managing paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Display, and Retargeting campaigns.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and ad tracking tools.
- Strong copywriting and creative ad development skills.
- Ability to manage large ad budgets and deliver measurable results.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in remarketing, lead funnels, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of programmatic ads and affiliate marketing.
- Basic design/video editing skills for ad creatives (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
