Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and drive business growth.
- Coordinate and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and email marketing.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Create and manage social media content, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with brand objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and optimize campaigns to increase traffic and community growth.
- Create and send newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.
- Write and edit digital content including blog posts, website copy, ad copy, and social media posts.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and reports to management.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (PPC, affiliate, retargeting) to maximize ROI.
- Take full ownership of digital marketing activities and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam.
- Strong creativity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
