The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. They play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. Here's an outline of the key responsibilities, skills, and qualifications for this role:
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Design content for Standees, Kiosk related materials etc.
- Optimize content for the official website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
- Improve the visibility of the website through various SEO techniques.
- Develop email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Use email automation tools to enhance the efficiency of email campaigns.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Use data from web analytics and reports to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media ads.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
