Digital Marketing Executive

India

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. They play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. Here's an outline of the key responsibilities, skills, and qualifications for this role:

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Design content for Standees, Kiosk related materials etc.
  • Optimize content for the official website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
  • Improve the visibility of the website through various SEO techniques.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Use email automation tools to enhance the efficiency of email campaigns.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Use data from web analytics and reports to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media ads.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Key Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decisions.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Creative Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative in approach to problem-solving and content creation.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong Organizational skills .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
