Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Mulund-Thane, Mumbai

Requisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Design, or equivalent (preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in a digital marketing or social media role, preferably in an agency or creative firmStrong communication and IT fluency
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Highly creative with an eye for design and aesthetics
  • Good communicator—verbal and written
  • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to experiment
  • Collaborative team player with multitasking ability

Preferred Skills & Tools:

  • Canva, CapCut/InShot, Mailchimp, Google Workspace
  • Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics
  • Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Good command over written English
  • Attention to visual design, trending content formats, and creative storytelling

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

· Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Write engaging captions and design aesthetic, brand-aligned creatives using tools like Canva.

· Publish posts and reels/stories as per the content schedule and campaign plan.

· Monitor real-time engagement and trends to optimize content timing and frequency.

2. Video & Reel Creation

· Ideate, shoot, and edit mobile-first video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories).

· Use Canva or InShot to produce visually appealing edits with subtitles, transitions, and effects.

· Stay updated with current trends in audio, transitions, and content formats on Instagram & YouTube.

3. Email Marketing

· Plan and execute email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar.

· Manage contact lists, design email templates, track open/click rates, and generate reports.

4. Reporting & Analytics

· Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on social media, email campaigns, and website traffic.

· Analyze reach, engagement, click-through, and conversion rates to recommend improvements.

· Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Instagram Insights.

5. SEO & Digital Presence

· Basic understanding of SEO principles for content optimization and blog writing.

· Assist in managing and updating Google Business Profile, including posts, reviews, and Q&A.

· Track and respond to Google reviews in a timely and professional manner.

6. Strategy & Campaign Planning

· Participate in brainstorming sessions to create campaign ideas and themes.

· Research competitor strategies and emerging digital trends to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

· Collaborate with designers and content writers as needed for campaign development.
