Digital Marketing Executive

As we continue to grow our global footprint, we’re looking for a digitally-savvy, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and lead our online growth.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Chic Le Frique, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital campaigns, performance marketing, and customer acquisition efforts. You’ll blend creativity with data to elevate our brand presence and grow our community across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and other channels
• Manage and grow our social media presence with visually compelling, on-brand content
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-impact assets for digital campaigns
• Oversee customer communication strategies including newsletters and automated emails using our current eCommerce and CRM platforms
• Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing based on KPIs and ROI
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
• Support influencer and affiliate marketing strategies in partnership with our PR team

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify
• A creative, fashion-forward mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding
• Experience with data tools like Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
• A growth mindset and proactive approach to testing and optimizing campaigns
• Bonus: Knowledge of affiliate platforms like AWIN
