Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Manage content creation for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Work closely with content creators and designers to produce high-quality content.
  • SEO & SEM:
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings (SEO).
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to drive targeted traffic (SEM).
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences, analyzing performance metrics to improve strategies.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Design, test, and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment email lists and ensure emails are relevant and engaging to different audience segments.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Track spending and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments such as sales, IT, and customer service to align marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary.
  • Staying Updated:
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and other relevant fields.

Skills Required:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creativity: Innovative approach to creating engaging content and campaigns.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,879.44 - ₹29,089.60 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Digital marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
