Role Overview


We are seeking a driven and strategic Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of Ibtdara’s digital brand, amplify our reach, and build bridges to events, podcasts, speaking forums, and partnerships. The person will also lay the groundwork for a future marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable operating across both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities


1. Digital Strategy & Brand Management

  • Define and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with Ibtdara’s business goals (lead generation, brand awareness, client engagement).

  • Ensure consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.

2. Social Media & Content

  • Manage Ibtdara’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).

  • Plan and create content — posts, articles, infographics, video scripts, thought leadership pieces, etc.

  • Engage communities, respond to comments, messages, and foster relationships.

  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions), and iterate.

3. Events, Speaking & Podcast Opportunities

  • Research and shortlist relevant industry events, conferences, expos, and summits.

  • Reach out to organizers to secure exhibition space or speaking slots for Ibtdara leadership.

  • Identify podcast hosts and media platforms; pitch collaboration ideas, guest appearances, or series participation.

  • Coordinate logistics, content, and speaker support for events/podcasts.

4. Marketing Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor marketing team members (content writers, designers, campaign specialists).

  • Define roles, responsibilities, KPIs, workflows, and processes.

  • Provide strategic direction, feedback, and oversight to ensure high-quality output.

5. Campaigns & Growth Initiatives

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social ads).

  • Run email marketing, lead nurture funnels, SEO/SEM campaigns.

  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and compliance teams to align marketing efforts with business operations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory shifts, and audience behaviors.




Requirements


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or growth roles.

  • Proven track record managing social media, digital campaigns, and content creation.

  • Experience securing speaking slots, podcast appearances, and partnering with events.

  • Strong leadership potential — ability to build, manage, and scale a marketing team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a major plus).

  • Analytical mindset with comfort using tools like Google Analytics, ad platforms, social analytics.

  • Solid network or ability to build relationships in industry, media, and events.

  • Self-starter, creative thinker, able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
