Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who has a flair for content writing, a creative mindset, and hands-on knowledge of email marketing and automation. The ideal candidate is someone who can think outside the box, write compelling copy, and execute marketing campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated flows.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and performance optimization for higher open and click-through rates.
• Assist in developing creative marketing ideas and campaigns to support client goals.
• Coordinate with the design and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, especially around email, automation, and content.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or content writing (internship/project experience also considered).
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailerlite, HubSpot, or similar).
• Basic understanding of marketing automation and workflows.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools is a plus.
