Digital Marketing Executive

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta/Facebook Blueprint) is a plus
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across major online platforms.
• Create engaging content aligned with brand strategy for various digital channels.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO tactics.
• Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive ROI and conversions.
• Perform A/B testing to enhance ad performance and user engagement.
• Handle daily social media posting, scheduling, and audience engagement.
• Monitor digital trends to craft creative and relevant social media campaigns.
• Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and platform insights.
• Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
• Manage and segment subscriber databases for targeted email outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content, design, and campaigns.
• Assist in strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
